Slackasana is a unique practice that teaches complete body awareness. This unusual yoga style involves balancing on a 1 inch wide 'yoga mat' (aka: a slackline). The practice is a moving meditation that will redefine your sense of balance and mental focus. The Slackasana Series focuses on the principles of slacklining and on how to incorporate yogic skills to increase focus and stillness. The practice includes standing (commitment), kneeling (core strength), sitting (focus), arm balancing (breath) and inversions (perspective). Slacklining is great way to take your yoga practice to new heights.
