Do you want to try Slacklining Yoga in a short and sweet way? We have created a 40 minute class to introduce the concepts of the Slackasana Series and give more students the opportunity to see what everyone is talking about.  

Slackasana is a moving meditation that will redefine your sense of balance and mental focus. It involves balancing on a 1 inch wide 'yoga mat' (slackline). In this short and sweet Slackshop you’ll learn three basic concepts of Slackline Yoga. This includes standing (commitment), arm balance (breath) and a line inversion (perspective). 

You do not need any previous slackline experience to take this class. All skill levels are encouraged to come. Take a chance and explore moving your yoga off your mat and into a slackline.
